Any thought of light, any thought of love, any action of release, are all manifestations of the divine power, which is God Himself.
When you get rid of the worries and fears in your heart,
you will win not only a joyful life, but also opening the divine kingdom.
Only when you let go of “your ego”, let God come in, and integrate into the kingdom of God, will you truly know God.

◎ No matter what happens, don't let your heart jump into the energy of fear because swimming in fear will exhaust your energy and get you nowhere. You have to recognize one thing: You will see anything you have grabbed in anxiety as "driftwood", which cannot save your energy and you will lose again. But if you try to practice “back to peace”, then you can tell where you truly want to stay in this peace, and then you choose the right place! It will not be driftwood, but a choice that can bring you nourishment.
◎ True "uniqueness" does not involve "others" or "everyone" in your consciousness. When you enjoy your present moment with a pure heart, the way you enjoy it is unique! That is true uniqueness.
◎ When you talk about a "problem", you have developed a problem consciousness, in which there is no way out. The best way to enjoy life is not to see the status quo as a problem.
◎ In the past, many regarded God as a powerful existence for their protection, but it was the way how you “see God" rather than "know God." From your own needs, you cannot know God, and you can only have a “look upon" God. Only when you let go of your self, let God come in, and assimilate into the kingdom of God, will you really know God.
◎ Your life situations are not induced by your "cognition", but by your "habits". "Habits" carry a stronger impression energy than "cognition". Habits are more powerful than cognition in deciding what will happen and what will not.

PREFACE
One night after "Dialogues with Buddha” was published in early 2011, I turned off the light and just began to fall asleep.
My Guiding Spirit, Emmanuel, carrying my once-familiar purple energy, suddenly spoke clearly to me.
With a few conversations, I was overwhelmed.
In the dark, I did not wake up M beside me, but I received, in tears, the overwhelming clarity and satisfaction in my heart.
At the same time, I suddenly knew that I had unraveled a myth that I had not even noticed;
that is, the habit of distinctly dividing "Self" from "God".
And I know that after this myth is unraveled, "God", like a tap, has been successfully installed in my consciousness.
During that period, every night before bedtime,
I happened to listen to a tape of the Higher Spirit talking to me through M seven years ago.
It was the following night after Emma connected to me, I went on listening to the tape before sleep.
Surprisingly, that tape has only a few minutes left.
One second before the tape came to the end, the Higher Spirit’s words were completely finished.
The last words, in sync with the click of the play button that automatically popped up,
were particularly sonorous and powerful,
“If you can stop from time to time and return to this purple energy, there will be endless things for you,
and some contain the clarity and comprehension you have been looking for and longing for.
These words, from seven years ago, were deafening to me,
as if they were deliberately arranged for me to hear them again at that point of time!
Of course, I would never say this is a coincidence anymore.
A friend who had read "Dialogues with Buddha" asked me a question:
You have been in touch with the purple energy of Emma seven years ago. Why is it that you can communicate clearly with Emma only after no less than seven years?
In fact, when positive results were yielded, the answer to this question was also revealed. That night, the meaning of all my journey from 2004 to 2011 became crystal clear in a split second. Life is more of grace than coincidence.
Seven years ago, if Emma had talked to me in the stream of consciousness, I would have been full of self-doubt.
I read too much and knew a lot of truth, so I would think this must be self-hypnosis.
This must be some game that I am playing with myself?
I must have thought so and found it untrustworthy.
With disturbances and suspicions that the mind tended to provoke,
Emma with such a high frequency would not be able to get in.
Indeed, I was not ready at that time.
Thus, the “Power of Compassion in the Universe” took three steps to transform my inner environment.
First, they revealed their existence to me by a not-so-direct but absolutely convincing way.
Through M, my most trusted companion, who never read any spiritual book, new-age book, nor taken various spiritual courses before,
but who did relay higher-dimensional messages to me, a Zen practitioner for years.

So, I had to face the phenomenon before me in shock,
and began to understand the concept of the existence of the multi-dimensional universes.
Then, M’s channeling one after another message gradually familiarized me with the existence of higher-dimensional wisdom in daily life.
They have become a part of my life now.
The second step was that the Higher Spirit Maerda,
not through M, directly sent me messages through message mass (Please refer to “Meeting Maerda in Despair").
It consists of short messages just like "inspiration" in one's creation.
It can pass through my mind and keep the mind open.
So, during this period,
my mind gradually accepted the phenomenon of my ability to listen to higher-dimensional messages from within me.
The last step: the Higher Spirit reminded me,
with various encounters during my development of spiritual work,
of the importance to simply enjoy what I already had.
So in those years, I slowly relieved myself of the value judgments that made me conscious or anxious.
Besides, through contacts with nature, plain and self-amused living made me even more satisfied and grateful.
As a result, the frequency of my consciousness steadily increased to a state where I could approach the "Light" at any time.
It turned out that this was also the purification process of consciousness, necessary for steadily receiving higher-level messages,
and for preparation to break the deep-rooted discrimination between "God" and "Self".
It was in 2011 that these three steps were completed,
and then clear dialogues with Emma became my reality.
Therefore, the year 2011 can be said to be a very memorable year in my life story.
Many can communicate clearly with their guiding spirits, but each experiences a different process.
Moreover, many highly spiritual persons do not have the experience of communicating with any guiding spirit
in a dialogue because it is not necessary in terms of the highest interest of his current spiritual growth.
Therefore, the point of mentioning my personal experience is that
life is not a random story consisting of a series of coincidences.
In fact, it is laid out by some "behind-the-scene themes" outside of the “time sequence”.
Just like, there is a script behind a drama, and these “behind-the-scene themes” are not just well-known karma,
but actually a greater positive power, that is, the power of vows.
Especially at present, this vow-power is becoming more and more obvious.
An ascending stream of consciousness is indeed affecting the whole world and everyone.
Just like updrafts, a flying eagle's favorite,
this enormous ascending stream of consciousness currently surrounds the entire human world.
The power of many higher dimensions––––in fact, the power from ourselves in the Greater Essence,
is much closer to our consciousness than any time before.
Therefore, for readers who want to experience ascending consciousness, now is the best time.
If you have let go of and cleaned up many of your internal negative beliefs, in the next period,
you are likely to see yourself as a blessed person, inspired and supported at every turn, without having to worry about anything for a living.
But if you just turn to face all the problems of your life now, never say it is too late.
Now you can be progressing rapidly with God’s help,
which is originally a Chinese idiom,
but during this stage, it happens to be an accurate description of this situation.
Therefore, regarding my dialogues with Emmanuel,
the incidents themselves and their contents are all about the theme of raising consciousness.
When you read this book, you will perceive the ascending airflow vibrating between Emma and me.
As long as you are willing to open your heart and give attention to it,
you will be directly engaged in the energy flow of our dialogues.
And this is going to be a journey of ascension at soaring speed.
Divinity is in yourself!
