If she knew clearly that childhood problems had caused her present situations which are solvable, then there is no need to cleanse by zero-limit methods.  

However, I find so many problems in life untraceable. We couldn’t recall which shadow in what stage of life had caused the current problems, so we couldn’t “understand” it.  So isn’t it a way out to use the four phrases of Zero Limits to cleanse indiscriminately? 

Also in Zero Limits, you are told to attribute all the problems you see to your own internal errors; after cleansing yourself, the external environment will also improve as Dr. Hew Len’s example of cleansing the mental hospital.  Things like this happened to others; what can I do to “understand” that and make a change?   Thank you, Teacher ZHANG, Cheng for answering my question~

To resolve one's problems, it is not necessary to “remember” the past “story”; instead, you need to  find out the “pattern” that have caused the problem.  

Generally, a pattern is dependent on the deeper pattern underneath (just like the structure of a room is dependent on the structure of a floor, which is dependent on the structure of a building.  

If you can clearly see a pattern at a certain level, you will know thoroughly all patterns and get the freedom at that level without being affected by the wrong information at that level.

True life awakening comes from the disintegration of the “structures” level by level, rather than “deleting” or “cleansing” one thing after another. 

The disintegration of the structures must rely on substantial reflection and seeing.  Repeating just four phrases cannot help us see clearly.
